From Colchester to Cape Town

I’ve just said goodbye to Mum at Colchester station and am now speeding my way on the 11:03 to London, apparently you can buy chocolate chip cookie from the onboard restaurant for £1.50, so the man on the intercom has just informed the carriage, it sounds like a bargain to me.

My backpack seems to be much heavier than last night, I’m not sure why since I packed it last night, I will have to lighten the load onces I get too South Africa. I’m so Excited too see Ellie again and travel with her for the next 6 weeks

The reason for this blog, there is free WI-FI at Liverpool Street so I thought i’d give it ago and see if it works, hey its free…. and i’m a geek.

I’m feeling a tad sad now leaving my family and friends, but it still doesn’t feel like i’m going away for a year.

UPDATE: The Wi-fi in Liverpool Street is not working so I’ve had to use the Net at Heathrow, I arrived here a tad early (4 Hours) so i’m killing some time. £1 for 10mins on the net, and I can’t even get on to MYSPACE as they have blocked it, where do you think we live, China?

You are doing what most of us only dream of.

I imagine it’s to stop people uploading videos of people getting spanked outside bars and using up all their bandwidth.

And yes. You are a F+cking geek. Am I allowed to swear on here? Don’t want your nice mum giving me a slap next time I’m on your silly island.
