The (Roller) Coaster...

It was my time to get off my arse and do something for charity. I did it, I bloody did it, 14 days, 192 miles walked, blistered feet, torn off toenails and one broken iPhone. I made it and still to this day can’t believe I walked from St Bees to Robin Hood’s Bay walking with my own two feet carrying everything i needed on my back. The charity i picked  Cancer Research UK. Coast to Coast with Random Sam...

After my disappointment of not been able to trek in Tibet (You can thank the Chinese government for shutting the boarders) I’ve come up with another plan….. Stick with me. One of the main things I’ve always wanted to do is walk Alfred Wainwright’s coast to coast route. The Route I shall start in St Bees on the coast of the Irish Sea and make my way through three of our national parks. The Lake District, The Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire Moors ending up 192 miles away at Robin Hood’s Bay on the North Sea coast. You can follow my progress...
