I thought I’d show you around the birthplace of the ‘hipster’, and my new home – Williamsburg, Brooklyn. From these photographs you might think that i live in a slum or a ghetto, but I really don’t, it’s a vibrant and colourful place to live. Anyone from New York will tell you that Williamsburg is so pretentious  trendy. And if you’re wearing the latest fashion when leaving your apartment, I guaranty by the time you walk across the road you’ll be out of fashion. Instax NYC...

I thought I’d mix it up on my recent visit to New York. Instead of taking my Leica with me, I took my clunky ebay purchase – The Fuji Instax Wide 100.  Far harder to be stealthy and discrete with a giant blue Fisher Price looking camera hanging from my neck.  I’m glad the instant dream is still alive, I enjoyed the challenge.
